Pappa's italian anchovy garlic spread

1 Tin anchovies
1 tablespoon Olive oil
5 millilitres Garlic
Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in oil. Add anchovies and cook for a few minutes. Put in blender and puree. Spread on pieces of Italian bread, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broilerfor a minute or until cheese is bubbly. Depending on how thick you spread the bread, it will serve 6 to 8.
