Olive-and-anchovy pizza sauce

Ingredients

½cupOil-cured black olives (pitted)
1Garlic clove; minced
tablespoonDrained capers
2ouncesCanned anchovies; drained
4tablespoonsOlive oil
1Lemon; juiced
Pizza Dough (See RECIPE)

Directions

COMBINE ALL of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until a smooth sauce is formed. Spread the olive mixture over the pizza dough and bake according to instructions.
