Marinated anchovy

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Boneless anchovy
300 millilitres Lemon juice
150 millilitres Olive oil
50 grams Chopped parsley

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and parsley and pour over anchovies.

Marinate for 3-4 hours.
