| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Half & half; or whip. cream |
Directions
In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree papaya and lemon juice. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, beaten eggs and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a spoon. Add pureed papaya and half and half.
Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 quart.
