Papaya dessert

Measure Ingredient
2 Papayas; peeled and seeded
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
The same amount milk; (the can of condensed milk)
1 cup Heavy cream
1 Pckg gelatin
Mint leaves
¼ cup Water
3 minutes.

Recipe By : Source: Brazilian TV cooking shows Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Place the rest of the ingredients in a processor and run the machine to make a cream. Stir in the gelatin and beat Pour 2 tbs cream of cassis in individual glass bowls. Top with the papaya cream. Chill until firm. decorate with mint leaves and serve.
