Yield: 6 Servings
|1 cup||Brown rice flour|
|\N \N||Or oat flour -- * see note|
|½ cup||Garbanzo flour -- ** see|
|4 teaspoons||Baking powder|
Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over and cook on other side.
HELPFUL HINTS: Add raisins or chopped fruit to the batter, if desired. If you have a non-tsick griddle, you will not need any oil.
