Outdoor pilaf

Ingredients

1can(8 1/2 oz) peas, undrained
1Chicken-bouillion cube
½cupPackaged precooked rice
1tablespoonButter or margarine
½teaspoonSalt
dashPepper

Directions

1. In small saucepan, combine peas and bouillion cube; bring to boiling. 2. Stir in rice; remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredents. Toss gently until butter is melted. Submitted By MICHELLE BRUCE On 11-22-94
