Outdoor pilaf

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (8 1/2 oz) peas, undrained
1 Chicken-bouillion cube
½ cup Packaged precooked rice
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
½ teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper

1. In small saucepan, combine peas and bouillion cube; bring to boiling. 2. Stir in rice; remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. 3. Add remaining ingredents. Toss gently until butter is melted. Submitted By MICHELLE BRUCE On 11-22-94
