Ingredients

1poundsDough for Italian bread
½poundsGround beef
1smallOnion, chopped fine
1teaspoonParsley chopped fine
18oz can tomato sause
½cupGrataed romano or parmesan cheese
¼cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
¼cupProvolone cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, and grated cheese.

fry off until meat turns brown. After meat cools, mix in mozzarella aand provolone cheese and tomato sause. Roll out dough in approximately 6 inch circle. Put in ⅓ cup of meat mixture and fold over like a apple turnover. Squeeze edges with fork and deep fry or bake until golden brown.
