Calzone (basic)

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
Pizza dough
1 can Pizza sauce
¼ pounds Itallian sausage
½ cup Mozzarella shredded
¼ cup Parmesan grated
1 teaspoon Salt

Roll out dough and cut into 6 inch rounds. Mix all other ingrediants in a bowl. Place a scant ¼ cut of filling on each round. Fold over and pinch closed with a fork and water. Bake on a greased cookie sheet, brush tops with oil (lightly). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
