Calzone (basic)

Ingredients

| Pizza dough | ||
| 1 | can | Pizza sauce |
| ¼ | pounds | Itallian sausage |
| ½ | cup | Mozzarella shredded |
| ¼ | cup | Parmesan grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Roll out dough and cut into 6 inch rounds. Mix all other ingrediants in a bowl. Place a scant ¼ cut of filling on each round. Fold over and pinch closed with a fork and water. Bake on a greased cookie sheet, brush tops with oil (lightly). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till golden brown.
