Oriental green vegetable casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 small Green bell pepper; stemmed, seeded,
\N \N ; deribbed and cut
\N \N ; into 2-inch strips
6 \N Scallions; trimmed, whites cut
\N \N ; into 3-inch lengths
\N \N ; and greens cut into
\N \N ; 1/4-inch rounds
¼ pounds Zucchini; trimmed, cut in
\N \N ; half lengthwise,
\N \N ; then cut into
\N \N ; 2-inch pieces
¼ pounds Snow peas; strung
¼ cup Fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons Tamari soy
1½ tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
6 \N Thin slices fresh ginger; peeled
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil

Toss together al ingredients in a 1 quart casserole. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100 percent for 6 minutes.

Remove from oven. Uncover and stir well once or twice before serving.
