Oregon hazelnut macaroons

1cupOregon hazelnut paste
1cupSugar
1teaspoonOrange peel
teaspoonSalt
2Egg whites; beaten stiff

Directions

Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
