Yield: 30 Cookies
|1 cup||Oregon hazelnut paste|
|1 teaspoon||Orange peel|
|2||Egg whites; beaten stiff|
Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
