1 cup | Oregon hazelnut paste |
1 cup | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Orange peel |
⅛ teaspoon | Salt |
2 \N | Egg whites; beaten stiff |
Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
