Hazelnut macaroons

| 2 | Egg whites | |
| 50 | grams | Raw sugar |
| 100 | grams | Ground hazelnuts |
| 24 | Whole hazelnuts (shelled) | |
Directions
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Fold in the grated hazelnuts. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased, floured baking sheet. Top each with a whole hazelnut. Bake at 200 degrees Centigrade about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
