Orange yogurt topping

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Yogurt cheese; see Recipe
1 tablespoon Honey
4 teaspoons Grand Marnier
1 teaspoon Orange zest; grated

In small bowl, stir together yogurt cheese, honey, Grand Marnier and orange zest. Serve as a topping for fresh fruit.

Makes about 1 cup.
