Orange saute (carrots)

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Carrots; grated
½ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
¼ cup Golden raisins

Cook grated carrots in orange juice, butter, brown sugar and raisines, uncovered, until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir often. Serves 2.
