Orange ring

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Creamed small curd cottage cheese
9 ounces Cool Whip
6 ounces Orange jello
22 ounces Mandarin oranges

With mixer, blend cottage cheese and thawed Cool-Whip. Beat until blended.

Stir in dry gelatin. Fold in oranges. Press into 7 or 8 cup mold (I use a Bundt pan). Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
