Yield: 1 Servings
|3 cups||Creamed small curd cottage cheese|
|9 ounces||Cool Whip|
|6 ounces||Orange jello|
|22 ounces||Mandarin oranges|
With mixer, blend cottage cheese and thawed Cool-Whip. Beat until blended.
Stir in dry gelatin. Fold in oranges. Press into 7 or 8 cup mold (I use a Bundt pan). Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
