Orange ring

3cupsCreamed small curd cottage cheese
9ouncesCool Whip
6ouncesOrange jello
22ouncesMandarin oranges

Directions

With mixer, blend cottage cheese and thawed Cool-Whip. Beat until blended.

Stir in dry gelatin. Fold in oranges. Press into 7 or 8 cup mold (I use a Bundt pan). Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
