Yield: 6 Servings
|1 can||(12-oz) frozen orange juice|
|1½ cup||Water (up to)|
|½ cup||Sugar; to taste|
|1½ teaspoon||Vanilla extract (up to)|
|Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish|
Place all ingredients in blender excspt ice cubes for 15 to 20 seconds.
Slowly add ice cubes, a few at a time, until slushy. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Good for morning meetings or before a brunch. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
