Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (12-oz) frozen orange juice |
1½ cup | Milk |
1½ cup | Water (up to) |
½ cup | Sugar; to taste |
1½ teaspoon | Vanilla extract (up to) |
20 \N | Ice cubes |
\N \N | Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish |
Place all ingredients in blender excspt ice cubes for 15 to 20 seconds.
Slowly add ice cubes, a few at a time, until slushy. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Good for morning meetings or before a brunch. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
