Cherries jubilee sauce

| 2 | cups | Canned cherries |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sweet wine, such as port |
| ¼ | cup | Brandy |
Directions
Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite and stir until the flames die.
