Orange glazed turkey scallopini

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Orange juice concentrate - thawed
⅓ cup Light molasses
¼ cup Ketchup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon Cumin
1 pounds Turkey breast slices
Sliced lemon

Directions: In a small bowl combine all the ingredients to create the marinade, reserving the lemon slices. Remove ½ cup of the marinade and set aside. Place the turkey slices into the marinade and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the slices from the marinade. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large saut‚ pan. Add the turkey when the oil is very hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and reserved sauce.
