Directions: In a small bowl combine all the ingredients to create the marinade, reserving the lemon slices. Remove ½ cup of the marinade and set aside. Place the turkey slices into the marinade and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the slices from the marinade. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large saut pan. Add the turkey when the oil is very hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and reserved sauce.
