Orange, cucumber and peanut salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Cucumber; scrubbed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Peanuts; chopped
1 \N Orange; peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil
\N \N Salt and pepper
