Orak orik (cabbage scramble)

2eachesScallion; finely sliced
1tablespoonOnion; chopped
3ouncesShrimp, small; cooked & dice
½teaspoonPepper, black
4eachesEgg; beaten

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the onions are translucent. Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
