Orak orik (cabbage scramble)

| ½ | each | Cabbage, small; very finely |
| 2 | eaches | Scallion; finely sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion; chopped |
| 3 | ounces | Shrimp, small; cooked & dice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper, black |
| 4 | eaches | Egg; beaten |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the onions are translucent. Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
