1mediumOnion
½cupVegetable Broth
1cupWine table, white
teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsAll purpose flour
5eachesChinese black mushrooms
teaspoonSugar

Directions

Soak the dries mushrooms in water. Open kraut and wash with water and drain. Chop up the onion and tomato. Saute' the mushrooms and remove from pan. Saute' the onions until soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and lower the heat. Cover and cook for ½ hour stirring occasionally.
