Onion toss (carrots)

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Carrots; sliced
1 tablespoon Butter
2 \N Green onions; sliced
¼ teaspoon Mace

Cook sliced carrots until tender-crisp, 5 minutes. Drain and toss with butter, green onions, and mace. Serves 6.
