|½ cup||Butter or margarine, softened|
|2 tablespoons||Onion soup mix|
|½ teaspoon||Lemon pepper|
|1⅓ cup||All purpose flour|
|2 cups||Shredded sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature|
Blend butter, onion soup mix, and lemon pepper thoroughly. Stir in flour and cheese. Knead until well mixed. On floured board, roll dough ¼ inch thick. Cut into 3x1-½ inch strips. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 84 strips.
