One-shot sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Butter
½ cup Finely chopped onion
2 xes Cloves garlic, minced
½ cup Whiskey
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Pepper
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco

Melt butter in a saucepan; add onion and garlic and cook slowly until is soft. Add remaining ingredients and beat to mix.
