Olives with herb dressing - house beautiful

Ingredients

| 1 | 10-oz jar Spanish Queen olives stuffed with pimientos | |
| 3 | Garlic cloves, peeled and halved | |
| 4 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
| 4 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Fennel seeds |
| Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste | ||
| 4 | To 8 T vegetable oil | |
Directions
Open jar of olives and carefully pour off liquid without disturbing arrangement of olives. Add garlic cloves, vinegar, olive oil, thyme, fennel seeds, and salt and pepper. Add enough vegetable oil to cover olives. Cover jar tightly and shake well. Let olives marinate overnight or longer.
