Olive curried-egg sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Hard-boiled eggs; coarsely chopped
⅓ cup Salad dressing
1½ teaspoon Curry powder
10 \N Olives; chopped
¼ teaspoon Sakt
8 slices Whole-wheat bread
\N \N Butter or margarine; soften
\N \N Tomato slices
\N \N Fresh lettuce

Combine egg; salad dressing, curry powder, olives and salt in a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread bread slices and butter.

Divide egg salad mixture equally on 4 of the bread slices. Top each with thin slice of tomato and lettuce leaves and place top bread layer on sandwich. Makes 4 sandwiches. Formatted by Mary Wilson, BWVB02B.
