Olive cheese balls #1

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cheddar cheese; finely greated
¼ teaspoon Red pepper
1 cup Flour
1 \N Stick butter or margarine
1 \N Jar stuffed olives

Mix all ingredients except olives. Roll in balls with a pimento stuffed olive inside each ball. It is very important to preheat oven to 450 (hot).

Bake 10 minutes. Let cool. May be frozen or keep stored in refrigerator.

Makes about

45 balls.
