Olive cheese balls #2

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1¼ cup Flour
½ cup Melted butter
36 smalls Pimiento stuffed green olives

From: Patricia Moore <PCPJMOOR@...> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 1996 18:46:34 -0700 Mix cheese and flour, then mix in butter (work dough with hands if it seems dry). Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive, shape into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake until set, 15-20 minutes. Makes 3 dozen. Doubles, triples easily. EAT-L Digest 17 July 96
