Olive/caper spread

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Italian or Calamata Olives; pitted
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Capers; drained
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
\N \N Goat cheese
\N \N French bread

Combine the olives, garlic and capers in a food processor. With motor running, slowly drizzle olive oil through feed tube and process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and stir in parsley. Serve with goat cheese (creamy) and french bread slices. Spread cheese on bread and top with olive mixture.
