Old fashioned sundae fudge sauce

| 4 | ounces | Semi sweet chocolate, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Liqueur (orange, almond or coffee) |
| OR 1 tbsp vanilla | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Add sugar and bring to boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add liqueur and butter. Store in fridge. Makes about ⅔ cup.
