Old fashioned sundae fudge sauce

4ouncesSemi sweet chocolate, chopped
¼cupWater
¼cupSugar
2tablespoonsLiqueur (orange, almond or coffee)
OR 1 tbsp vanilla
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Add sugar and bring to boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add liqueur and butter. Store in fridge. Makes about ⅔ cup.
