Measure | Ingredient |

1½ pounds | Okra; thinly sliced |
3 mediums | Tomatoes; chopped |
1 medium | Onion; chopped |
½ medium | Bell pepper; chopped |
\N \N | Salt and pepper |
5 \N | Strips bacon; or turkey bacon |
Grease 2½ qt casserole. Place layers of okra, tomatoes, salt and pepper, onions and bell pepper. Repeat. Lay bacon, overlapping, on top of veggies.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
