Oatmeal with dates

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Oats
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Water
1 cup Dates (pitted and halved)

Bring water to a boil. Add salt. Add rolled oats slowly. Cook over low flame in a double boiler. Cook 45 minutes. When done, add the dates. Mix thoroughly. Serve with cream and sugar.
