Oatmeal wafers

Yield: 60 servings

Measure Ingredient

⅔ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
4 tablespoons Heavy cream
4 tablespoons Corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. then stir in all the other ingredients in the order given. Blend well. Drop the batter by rounded tsp on a heavily greased cookie sheet.
