Oat crackers

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Rolled oats
1 cup Flour
½ cup Wheat germ
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Oil
⅔ cup Water

Mix dry & wewt ingredients separately. Then combine them together.

Roll out dough ⅛" thick onto an oiled cookie sheet. Score & bake at 325F for 25 to 30 minutes.
