Oatmeal cookie mix with recipe

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
⅓ cup Sugar
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 cups Quick rolled oats COOKIES:
1¼ cup Butter, softened
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack Mix

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Oatmeal Cookies: Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter, egg and vanilla.

Add mix and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-9 minutes. Cool 1 minute, remove to rack to finish cooling.
