¼ cup Sugar (I use fructose)
¼ cup Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Oat bran
⅔ cup Oats
⅔ cup Oat flour
1½ cup Bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ cup Nonfat dry milk
⅓ cup Shreaded carrots
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
⅓ cup Sunflower seeds
2½ teaspoon Yeast
