No-fat potato salad

Ingredients

1cartonEgg beaters (equivalent to 4
Eggs)
1cupSugar
½cupVinegar - red or white

Directions

Whip above ingredients and heat on stove until thick (scorches easily).

Cook potatoes, let cool. Add onion, celery, green pepper, or any other vegetables and seasonings you want (no fat, of course).

Mix all together.
