Coconut custard pie (amish cooking)

Ingredients

2Eggs; beaten
1cupMolasses (dark or white)
1cupMilk
1teaspoonVanilla
½cupSugar
1tablespoonFlour
2tablespoonsMelted butter
1cupCoconut

Directions

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake the pie at 450 oF for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 oF and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
