Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Confectioner's sugar |
1 tablespoon | Flour |
2 cups | Coconut; grated |
3 tablespoons | Butter; melted |
Mix sugar and flour. Add coconut and mix. Blend in the melted butter. Pat into a 8-9" pie pan. Bake in a 350 def F. oven for 8-10 minutes. Chill before filling.
