Brandied chicken

Ingredients

| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| ½ | Stick butter | |
| 1 | cup | Heavy cream |
| 3 | ounces | Brandy |
| 1 | tablespoon | Curry powder |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Parsley | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Saute chicken and garlic in butter. Transfer to a casserole with juices from pan.
