Yield: 4 Servings
|2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut for frying, or boned chicken breasts|
|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|1 cup||Heavy cream|
|1 tablespoon||Curry powder|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
Saute chicken and garlic in butter. Transfer to a casserole with juices from pan.
