Nelson's choice rye bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups First clear flour
2 tablespoons Vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoons Sugar
1¼ cup White rye flour
½ cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Caraway seeds
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
3 tablespoons Water

All ingredients must be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". Check the condition of the dough ball after 10 minutes and add additional water as may be required (the dough ball should be rough and dry).
