Nelson's black bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Clear flour
1¼ cup Pumpernickel flour
2 teaspoons Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Lyles black treacle or molasses
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1½ teaspoon Caramel coloring
1⅓ cup Water

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start".
