Stout rye bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
2⅔ cup Bread flour
1½ cup Medium rye flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
4 teaspoons Brown sugar; packed
1 tablespoon Butter
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Dark beer or stout
¾ cup Warm water
