Measure | Ingredient |

6 tablespoons | Nonfat plain yogurt |
6 \N | Whole nectarines; peeled and sliced |
1½ tablespoon | Honey; or to taste |
⅓ cup | Wheat germ |
1 cup | Seedless grapes |
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium for 45 seconds.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
