Mango smoothie

| ¾ | cup | Milk; skim, chilled |
| ¼ | cup | Nonfat vanilla yogurt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 3 | Ice cubes | |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| Fresh mint sprigs | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint.
