Mango smoothie

1Ripe mango; peeled, pitted, chopped, (approx. 1-1/4 cups)
¾cupMilk; skim, chilled
¼cupNonfat vanilla yogurt
¾teaspoonVanilla extract
3Ice cubes
1pinchSalt
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint.
