Nectarine oat muffins - cape fruit

1½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |

1⅝ | cup | Buttermilk |
¼ | cup | Vegetable oil |
3 | Nectarines; chopped | |
3 | teaspoons | Orange zest |
1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
TO MAKE 20 small muffins. Some measures were converted from metric units.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Spoon batter into small non-stick muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven at 400F/200C for 20 minutes.
