Naturally cheesy layered lettuce bowl (corrected)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Shredded County LineĀ® Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | cup | Plain yogurt or sour cream |
| 1 | large | Head iceberg lettuce |
| 1½ | cup | Shredded County LineĀ® Old World Swiss Cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Fresh spinach; torn into bite-size pieces |
| ¾ | cup | Cooked brown or white rice; chilled |
| 1 | can | (11 ounces) Mandarin orange segments |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| Dollop of plain yogurt or sour cream for garnish | ||
Directions
Stir together Cheddar cheese and 1 cup yogurt; set aside. Remove inside portion of lettuce head. Spread ½ cup of Cheddar cheese mixture inside shell. Layer with ¾ cup Swiss cheese, spinach, rice, 2 cup cheese mixture, orange segments, ¾ cup Swiss cheese, remaining cheese mixture, and pecans. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.
Carnish with dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
