Naturally cheesy layered lettuce bowl (corrected)

Ingredients

1cupShredded County LineĀ® Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1cupPlain yogurt or sour cream
1largeHead iceberg lettuce
cupShredded County LineĀ® Old World Swiss Cheese
¾cupFresh spinach; torn into bite-size pieces
¾cupCooked brown or white rice; chilled
1can(11 ounces) Mandarin orange segments
¾cupChopped pecans
Dollop of plain yogurt or sour cream for garnish

Directions

Stir together Cheddar cheese and 1 cup yogurt; set aside. Remove inside portion of lettuce head. Spread ½ cup of Cheddar cheese mixture inside shell. Layer with ¾ cup Swiss cheese, spinach, rice, 2 cup cheese mixture, orange segments, ¾ cup Swiss cheese, remaining cheese mixture, and pecans. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.

Carnish with dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
