Nancy's tuna salad

Ingredients

1can(6 oz.) water-packed tuna; drained and flaked
2tablespoonsDiced celery
2tablespoonsChopped red bell pepper or pimiento
2tablespoonsChopped green bell pepper
2tablespoonsChopped onion
1Hard cooked egg; chopped
2tablespoonsChopped dill pickle
¼cupRussian dressing
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves; washed and dried
Chopped peanuts; (optional)

Directions

Combine tuna, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, egg, pickle, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired.

NOTE: Can be made in larger quantities to take to church socials, etc.
