2 tablespoons | Chopped red bell pepper or pimiento |
2 tablespoons | Chopped green bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | Chopped onion |

2 tablespoons | Chopped dill pickle |
¼ cup | Russian dressing |
2 tablespoons | Mayonnaise |

Combine tuna, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, egg, pickle, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well. Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired.
NOTE: Can be made in larger quantities to take to church socials, etc.
