Nacho skillet casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | medium | Green Pepper, chopped |
| 3 | Garlic Cloves, chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano Leaves |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili Powder |
| 1 | can | Kidney Beans, drained (15oz) |
| 1 | can | Tomato Sauce (15oz) |
| 1 | can | Mexicorn, undrained (12oz) |
| 2 | cups | Tortilla Chips |
| 4 | ounces | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Directions
In large skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain well. Stir in sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.
Simmer 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the moisture is absorbed. Sprinkle tortilla chips evenly over meat mixture; top with cheese. Cover, simmer 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Submitted By JIM MOREY On 03-08-95
