Mustard sauce (for ham)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 cup Brown sugar
¾ cup Water
1 tablespoon (level) flour
3 \N Well beaten eggs

Combine dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add liquids. Cook, stirring constantly until thick.
